Rewards every year the best innovative products evaluated by the 950.000 consumers of MonAvisLeRendGratuit community.

November the 8th, TrialPanel and Carrefour will celebrate the 5th edition of the award, which will rewards products that have been tested and evaluated by the MonAvisLeRendGratuit community from Septembre 2017 to August 2018.

Consumer experience

Throughout the year, on MonAvisLeRendGratuit.com, consumers test and evaluate products for free in exchange of their opinions. Based on this information, products are ranked by category identifying those ones “Preferred by consumers”.

All innovative products of less than 2 years, tested through the program MonAvisLeRendGratuit, participate in this award which includes more than 150 categories of products.

Methodology

For the selection of “Consumer Preferred” products, the Global Product Performance indicator is taken into account. It is calculated on the opinions of consumers who tested and evaluated the products on MonAvisLeRendGratuit.com with weighting of the following three indicators:

> Preference: Comparison of the product tested with usually consumed brand

> Satisfaction: Overall satisfaction with the tested product

> Purchase intent: Intention to buy the tested product in the future

To be designated as “Préféré Par Les Consommateurs”, the product must not only be the best in its category, but it must also score above the average of all participating products in all categories. In this way, TrialPanel ensures that the product stands out in its category and also in the market general context.
